∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from reputed public university
∎ Skills Required: Electrical Engineering, Excellent Presentation Skills, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Mechanical Engineering, Motivational skill, Project Management/ Co-ordinator
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical (Power), Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take and ensure strategic planning, supervising and managing the project effectively and efficiently.
∎ Have capabilities to maintain liaison with PGCB/PDB/WDB / Environment/labor/local authorities and other related authorities.
∎ Meet COD targets in schedule time.
∎ Develop and ensure people handling management.
∎ Look after all schedules of electrical, mechanical department and other relevant departments.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance schedule of all concerned departments of the project to minimize expenses.
∎ Makes strategy for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
∎ Build up proper system to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians.
∎ Ensure sound and adequate trained employees workplace by proper training and development.
∎ Prepare yearly maintenance budget, monitor budget adherence with actual controlling cost and reducing spares consumption.
∎ Ensure safe, sound and helpful working environment through discussion, motivation and team work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Project management skill
∎ People handling capabilities
∎ Excellent leadership Quality.
∎ Basic technical knowledge in Electrical/ Mechanical power plant applications
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities
∎ Strong analytical skills and Ability to work under pressure
