Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the construction project of the School building at RAJUK Purbachal New Town.
∎ Liaison with all party concerned i.e.: architect, designer, engineer, contractor, supplier, etc.
∎ Ability to handle big project/construction site individually.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ To ensure standard of quality of works according to specification.
∎ To maintain records of work done by contractors.
∎ Scheduling, controlling and reporting of project work progress to the Chairman.
∎ Update daily project work activity to the Chairman.
∎ Fulfilling project information by proper feedback from concern department.
∎ Must have knowledge for getting approval of various departments as per govt. rules.
∎ Will be responsible for roads and utility network construction work of other land development project (IPEWC) of the group (IHL).
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
