Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
∎ Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
∎ Help in designing and working drawings of the projects
∎ Monitor and track project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
∎ Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
∎ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and resolve any issues that may arise
∎ Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met
∎ Perform inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products
∎ Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports
∎ Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
∎ Serve as a secondary point of contact between the company and project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory authorities
