Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Auto CAD/ Architecture/ Interior Design.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural 2D and 3D drawing of furniture & interior design.
∎ Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ Develop Project design,Electric-Plumbing (MEP) layout and estimate BOQ.
∎ Adequate knowledge and capability of preparing Auto CAD presentation, Sketch-Up/3D Studio Max, 3D Visualization and Illustrations as per requirements of the project.
∎ Manage project documents,vendors, contractors, suppliers and the overall supply chain.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Experience in related field will be preferred.
∎ Must be qualified in 2D/3D Studio Max, Corel Draw, Revit.
∎ The designer must have strong capability on Residence Design, Restaurant Design, Hotel Design, Hospital Design, Club-Cafe Design with full working drawing-presentation.
