Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Communication, Computer skill, Good knowledge about MS Office : MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure execution of the construction works anywhere in Bangladesh as per schedule from Head Office.
∎ Having knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office, MS Project, IPC etc. To ensure that all the logistic support i.e. materials including drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at the site.
∎ Preparing, Checking and Submitting for Offline and Online Tender in connection with loss profit calculation for upcoming project by analysis.
∎ To Check bill of the sub-contractors, suppliers & ensure payment accordingly.
∎ To ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ To maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ To prepare and supervise daily, weekly and monthly schedule/plan for execution of projects.
∎ To prepare estimate, budget and BOQ for execution of works.
∎ To monitor the progress of works and prepare daily reports for top management.
∎ To coordinate and communicate with department and consultant
∎ To serve any kind of works as per Higher Management of SEL.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08-12 years of experience with minimum 06 years in Project Coordinator.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): RCC River Jetty, Rigid and Flexible Pavement, Bridge and Culvert, Rail Line, CC Block, Management, Monitoring, Road Construction etc.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 70000 - 85000 (Monthly)
∎ Minimum 70,000.00.

∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Bonus of Eid-al-Fitre: 1/2 of Gross Salary

∎ Friday's duty is applicable for Over Time Allowance(if need)
∎ Saturday's duty is not applicable for Over Time Allowance(if need)
