Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and execute of residential & commercial project including civil works, steel works interior works, plumbing works, electrical works etc.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
∎ Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
∎ Prepare Materials requisition for ongoing projects accordingly.
∎ Supervising multiple projects at the same time (If required).
∎ Consulting/Communicating & other professionals (when required).
∎ Preparing and Checking of Labor & Contractor's Bill.
∎ Preparing BOQ and Proficient in AutoCAD drawings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil works, steel structure works.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD, Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent leadership and motivation skills
∎ Excellent communication and management skills
∎ Good ability to manage workers and solve their work-related issues
∎ Ability to work for long hours in work locations

Salary: Negotiable
