Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need to have the ability to operate multiple projects simultaneously.·
∎ Have aspiration/capability to solve critical problems
∎ Need to have good communication skills
∎ Communicate with labor, vendors and contraction and collaborate their work according to design instruction
∎ Ability to read 2D & 3D design with dimension, ensure construction work as per design
∎ Set priority of work, create and provide instant site requisition based on site demand
∎ Provide daily site updates and deliver instructions for next day's work
∎ Documentation and provide labor attendance, TA/DA, and vendor bill.
