∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ MS project proficiency/ Primevera P6 expert.
∎ AutoCAD proficiency.
∎ Sound knowledge in electromechanical system and chemical process.
∎ Well versed in communication.
∎ Fluent in English
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop business opportunities, Ideas and strategic planning for new investment.
∎ Market Analysis, supply-demand gap analysis and market feasibility study.
∎ Technology sourcing, evaluation and configuration.
∎ Project boundary finalization and scope definition.
∎ CAPEX & OPEX estimation.
∎ Technical data analysis for financial model development.
∎ Coordinate with supply chain, sales, maintenance and production for project activities.
∎ Project feasibility analysis, project profile preparation, Submission to the Board and project approval.
∎ Risk assessment, mitigation plan and SOWT analysis.
∎ Project Budget preparation, estimation, cost analysis, planning, scheduling, monitoring and cost control.
∎ Project team formation, resource allocation, scope matrix preparation and coordination with inter-departments.
∎ Reviews bid summaries, drawings, technical documents and staffing estimates and schedules.
∎ Manages technical discussions with vendors, third parties, contractors, and regulators to facilitate appropriate technical decisions, resolve project issues, and propose solutions to help meet deadlines and monitor related job costs.
∎ Project installation and commissioning.
∎ Trial production and deliver the project to production team.
