∎ Department / Project: Health (Empower Community Health Workers)
∎ Duty Station: Dhaka (This position is for Bangladeshi Nationals only)
∎ Job Purpose: The incumbent is to provide technical support and guidance in effective implementation to empower community health workers using an AI Chatbot.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with DGFP and DGHS to inform them about the project activity and ensure all sorts of support from them to implement the program.
∎ Collect all MNH, FP and nutrition related technical materials, identify technical contents from those for the CHWs.
∎ Coordinate with mPower to finalize all contents appropriate for chatbot.
∎ Provide training on technical contents to the CHWs and support mPower for their training.
∎ Find out the quality gaps through close monitoring & auditing and ensure technical supervision to ensure quality of the projects' activities and provide inputs to finalize reports and timely submissions.
∎ Provide technical support for smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Establish clear coordination and communication plan at all level, specially close coordination with CHWs for improved patient outcome.
∎ Facilitate analysis and use of relevant data to prepare report.
∎ Organize all meetings and dissemination workshop related to this proiect.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so once the technology completed, doing quality assessment by verifying generated contents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5/10 years of work experience in NGO sector, specifically Public Health.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
∎ Major Challenges:
∎ Sharing new idea of introducing AI Chatbot with DGHS and DGFP to empower Community Health Workers.
∎ Communicated with DGHS AND DGFP and collected letter of support to ensure field level implementation of the project.
∎ Appropriately incorporated all messages to adapt MNH, FP and Nutrition related information from national guideline in to AI Chatbot.
∎ Training provided to all CHWs on MNH, FP and Nutrition related information
∎ Appropriately analyzed data, presented and prepared report
∎ Efficiently organized dissemination workshop
