Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, supervise and co-ordinate construction of multi-discipline projects. Responsible for ensuring that completed projects exhibit high standards of engineering and workmanship.
∎ Lead the Projects Heads and others concerned in order to arrive at the best and most economical and efficient solutions.
∎ To review quantity surveying and rate analysis, environmental studies for upcoming projects, initial drawings, scopes of work, specifications and other project details.
∎ Define roles of project team members.
∎ Strictly manage quality control outcomes.
∎ Having experience in online operation procedure of construction events and other program like CAD, word, excel etc.
∎ Capable to make Project budget, execution planning of monthly and yearly & monitoring jobs.
∎ Monitoring the work progress and control the work schedule properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications. Supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate. Knowledge of local building codes
Salary: Negotiable
