Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university specially BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to proper understand steel & civil design, frame work, detailing and fabrication
∎ Site preparation, Layout and Ground levels preparing according to drawing
∎ Need to proper understand both RCC and PEB work
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report
∎ Total project planning (Work Schedule, Manpower, Equipment requirement etc.) before start of a new project
∎ Coordination with Employer/Designer/Site for smooth Operation
∎ Ensuring completion time of works as per work schedule
∎ Ensuring standard of quality works according to specification.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, energetic and flexible to cope with the work pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Willing to work as a team.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Smart, energetic and pro active.
