Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management/ Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with consultants and other stakeholders as required for the project implementation
∎ Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meeting
∎ Documentation and follow up important actions and decisions from meetings
∎ Providing administrative support as needed for project design, development and implementation
∎ Undertaking project tasks as required including site preparation, establishment and site management
∎ Involvement in project strategies and assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
∎ Ensure stakeholders views are managed towards the best solution
∎ Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities
∎ Looking for ways to increase the project's profitability and reduce expenses where applicable
∎ Handling financial queries
∎ Assisting and supporting the project management as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of relevant experience in a progressively supervisory position in a large project
∎ Experience in project planning, monitoring and controlling
∎ Understanding on drawing. design, procurement and project construction
∎ Proper knowledge about project civil, electrical and mechanical work.
∎ Able to coordinate, report preparation, presentation on project progress.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and good public relation skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Must have good operational knowledge on email communication, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Self directed and able to work with minimal supervision
