∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Must have experience in Dredging project.
∎ Public University graduates shall be preferred. B.Sc at least 5-7 year(s) and Diploma at least 8-9 year(s).
∎ The applicants should have experience in related field and position.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Direct reporting to the Director and CEO every day.
∎ Indirect reporting responsibility to the supporting dredging departments such as HR and Accounts Department.
∎ Maintain a relationship with Clients, Government Institutions, Regulatory Authorities, Sub-contractors, and suppliers.
∎ Inform Corporate office & Coordinate with the Director & CEO for various deviations, extensions as defined in the contract.
∎ Communicate all relevant feedback to appropriate levels of responsibility such as on-site problems and opportunities.
∎ Project Management and monitoring of daily production dredging works.
∎ Budgeting & Expenses forecast demand; Manage Site materials equipment inventory in coordination with Site Store officer & Store Keeper.
∎ Carry out Hydro-Graphic Surveys, Billing Surveys as specified in the contract.
∎ Reporting daily operation hour, fuel receive and consumption, dredger volume, fuel balance as per Approval Format.
∎ Supervision of China CSD Dredger maintenance of all Cutter Suction Dredger Caterpillar and Cummins Main, Hydraulic Engine & Generators.
∎ Coordinate with Survey Engineers and Inform Dredge Master for cutting width and depth.
∎ Monitoring and Supervision of daily and periodical maintenance of engines & machineries.
∎ Checking primary material requirement & receive material register.
∎ Maintaining overall discipline of Dredger Staff such as Clothing, timeliness etc.
