∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Construction cost estimation, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto CAD Designing, Construction Estimating, Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of civil function e.g civil working drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, Soil testing pile work, foundation etc.
∎ Advance budget preparation, Preparation of Bill & BOQ.
∎ Physical Inspection of the project area capacities min 10 project.
∎ Guiding capability to other colleagues regarding tender preparation.
∎ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
∎ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
∎ Report and escalate to management as needed
∎ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
∎ Any other task assign by management.
