∎ Adequate Knowledge in Construction of RCC Buildings, Steel Structures.
∎ Experience in Tender preparation and submission in e-GP Portal preferred.
∎ Software: AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project
∎ Good at Estimation & Analysis.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Tender Proposals for both Government and Private tenders. To perform this role, candidate should have adequate experience in preparing & submission of tender proposals according to STD.
∎ Prepare BoQ of from given design-drawing following different Government Schedule of Rates (SoR).
∎ Interpret any kind of design-drawings and synchronize RCC, Steel-Structure, Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical Design-Drawings to figure out construction requirements.
∎ Review the new projects in detail to prepare Work Plan, Estimate of Materials & Costs.
∎ Assist Procurement Team in preparing work orders and selecting sub-contractors, suppliers & vendors.
∎ Verify all received bills from sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors.
∎ Coordinate between head office and site office of all under-construction projects to ensure construction requirements are met and delivered at site in advance.
∎ Follow up timely delivery of materials & resources at site.
∎ Attend meetings with Client, Consultants, Stakeholders and convey their requirements to the top management as well as to the site office.
∎ Perform regular field visits to review construction progress, QC process, material inventory, forecast upcoming requirements in writing as weekly report.
∎ Seeking a very dynamic and hardworking graduate civil engineer preferably from Public Universities having required experience in planning, budgeting & managing government/private construction projects. Incumbent will be based in office with frequent field visit and will perform the following tasks as his/her regular duties.
