∎ B.Sc Engineering in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Coordination of civil construction works preferable of industrial sector.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills to coordinate between head office, sites, clients, respective consultants and other vendors.
∎ Operate and supervise day to day operations of sites from head office.
∎ Must have proper knowledge about tender document processing, egp and other tender related works.
∎ Must have experience in bill preparation and analysis.
∎ Must have mentality to travel extensively.
∎ Prepare estimate of all kinds of materials as per drawing.
∎ Prepare bill of contractor, certify the quality and quantity as per site execution.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have knowledge about design drawing & ability to read design drawing document.
∎ Must have knowledge of quality checking of materials & Workers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum12 years experience in Spinning/Textile/Industrial Building.
