Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects for Building Construction Limited (Property Development).
∎ Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Chief Engineer to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. You should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
∎ Report to: Additional Managing Director
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
∎ Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
∎ Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
∎ Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
∎ Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
∎ Help prepare budgets.
∎ Analyze risks and opportunities.
∎ Oversee project procurement management.
∎ Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
∎ Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
∎ Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
∎ Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
∎ Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
∎ Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
∎ Review project proposals and plans to develop project objectives.
∎ Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
∎ Collect and analyze project information to create status reports and recommend future actions.
∎ Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
∎ Manage time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned time-lines and goals.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum 02 years of Work Experience as Project Coordinator in renowned Development Company.
∎ A valid engineering license.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solves problems quickly and communicates clearly.
∎ Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Strong work ethic.
∎ Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team and independently.
∎ Having practical knowledge as a project coordinator.
∎ Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
∎ Project management and supervision skills.

∎ Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset).
