Education:
∎ Bachelor / Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering from reputed Institute.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years work experience in similar capacity with at least 5 project completion history.
∎ Capability to work under pressure, problem solving, judging and decision making
∎ Disciplined and Punctuality. Going by Books & Norms (Stating company’s culture & practice) primarily.
∎ Skill in trouble shooting and scheduling teams & its affairs.
∎ Very good Skill in using Computer software and Mobile apps.
∎ Skill and expertise in preparation of Estimation and BOQ by apps and XL.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead and ensuring vendors, contractors and other related teams to accomplish the PROJECTS ensuring a. time b. budget c. quality for different aspects.
∎ Taking Brief of design, drawings, time schedules from Architects and design team.
∎ Reporting in required manners.
