∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control project from start to finish and ensure functional design
∎ Communicate with consults regarding design issues
∎ Arrange meetings with consultants regarding design issues
∎ Check and ensure whether the final outline is implemented as per construction drawings for all the MREL projects
∎ Assist in providing guidance and monitoring the appointed architect as a client need
∎ Assist in the design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency
∎ Review accuracy of calculations, plans, and completed reports
∎ Perform project research and support manager to compile project specifications
∎ Arrange meetings at the office or site with clients and contractors regarding design matters
∎ Develop ideas regarding the client's specification, builder's usage, and environmental impact
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards of landowner agreements, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
∎ Make on-site visits to check on project status
∎ Communicate with landowners or clients for matters related to specific design components of the plan
∎ Carry out any other task assigned by Management
∎ Assist in providing drawings and other related information for submitting occupancy approval purposes
∎ Prepare draft conceptual plans for clients for the purpose of forming an initial idea and further adjusting and consolidating the plan
∎ Visit local markets for material survey/ selection
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 3 to 5 years in a relevant field.
