Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Be Responsible for Communication, Coordination and Negotiation with Subcontractors, Supplier and Manufacturers, to ensure smooth implementation of power grids project, especially substations project.
∎ Be responsible for communication and coordination with The Client, like PGCB,DPDC..etc., and ensure the manufacturer documents and contractual related issues to be approved in time, ensure timely payment from client and resolve the difficulties and problems encountered during the implementation.
∎ Be responsible for preparation of BOQ, Commercial Contract, and Billing documents, Ensure the smooth execution of the Sub-Contract, including quotation, evaluation, verification and processing of commercial documents
∎ Be responsible for logistic works under project, preparation and checkup of shipping documents, and coordinate with each parties to ensure smooth execution of logistic works, including importing permits, customs clearances, loading/unloading, transportation, Post-landing Inspection,
∎ Be responsible for communication and coordination with Manufacturers and suppliers, to ensure the scheduled manufacture, strictly quality control and timely delivery, to guarantee the site construction requirements.
∎ Maintain effective work by planning, monitoring, and controlling during implementation, Keep good record and filling of commercial and contractual documents. Coordinate with other colleagues by team working, to ensure successful execution of projects under budget and duration target.
∎ Be responsible to report to project manager for commercial and contractual issues, and Identify, evaluate, manage project risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation strategies when necessary.
