∎ WISH2ACTION`s operational model - the WISH Cluster Model - is a comprehensive, integrated approach to delivering the four WISH outputs in order to ensure equitable access to family planning and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), prioritizing the most underserved women and girls, particularly youth under 20, the very poor, and marginalized populations (including people with disability, people displaced or affected by humanitarian crisis, and people living in hard-to-reach areas).
∎ SOLIDARITY is implementing WISH2ACTION project in Kurigram with the technical help of Handicap International-Humanity & Inclusion (HI)& funding co-operation from DFID (FCDO).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall objective of the position:
∎ Oversee project implementation, with responsibility for the implementation of a full project cycle, team management, budget management, M&E oversight and internal and external coordination at project site.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Project cycle management:
∎ Activity implementation: coordinate the implementation of project activities and ensure the effective achievement of the project objectives and results, based on donor and internal project documents, planning tasks for the project team.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation: Oversight and delegation of tasks ensuring regular monitoring of activities, follow-up on indicators and progress in achieving results, contributing to project quality. Support of roll-out of appropriate project management and data collection tools.
∎ Documentation and lessons learnt: ensure ongoing documentation of data and information on progress related to the project, including audiovisual tools. Dedicate time during review meeting to analysis of achievements and gaps yielding lessons learnt and their application in further project implementation and organisational learning.
∎ Budget management: manage the project budget, ensuring internal and donor compliance. Follow-up on identified underspent and prevent overspent by close monitoring of the expenditure.
∎ Project development: participate in project development processes, including identification, assessment and project design.
∎ Participate in the development and/or implementation of the strategic framework.
∎ 2.Internal coordination and reporting:
∎ Ensure timely coordination with support services (human resources, finance and logistics), in particular with regard to budget monitoring; team management; procurement processes; development of Terms of Reference, Memoranda of Understanding and other agreements with partners, service providers, suppliers and other actors.
∎ Ensure regular coordination with the Programme Coordination team to strengthen technical quality control, appropriate monitoring of activities, downward and upward accountability.
∎ Reporting: contribute to reporting requirements as per donor's regulations.
∎ 3. Team and office management
∎ People's management: lead on team management and development, while supporting each team member in the fulfillment of their roles and responsibilities, including the identification of formal training needs and provision of on-the-job coaching. Ensure conducive environment for a dialogue in the team and provision of feedback for improvement. Ensure objective problem solving, feedback to team members and demonstrate support to career development of team members.
∎ Coordination: ensure balanced delegation of tasks and responsibilities in the team, including individual action plans where relevant. Organise regular coordination meetings of the team, on weekly/monthly basis to ensure implementation plans are developed and rolled out.
∎ Office management: oversee management of the project office.
∎ Code of Conduct: uphold at any time SOLIDARITY Code of Conduct, human rights, values and principles of equality stemming from the organisational mandate and other relevant documents
∎ Duration of the contract: The Job Period for 5 (Five) months only and may extend for next one year from July, 2021 up to June, 2022.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ The candidate should have minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator/ Project Manager including sound concept on Women Integrated Sexual Health.
∎ Women and capable disable persons are encores to apply for the post.
∎ May relax for Education & Age for experienced candidates.
∎ The candidate have good command in English both speaking & writing as well as special capacity on prepare activity reports in English version.
∎ The candidate have good capacity in motor cycle driving with having valid license.
∎ The candidate have special quality on computer literacy with sound speed at Microsoft word, Excel, Access, Power point, Illustrator as well as Internet browsing to Skype, Email, Team, Zoom meeting and cell phone conference for any type of electronic & virtual communication etc.

Salary:
∎ Monthly Salary will be Taka 57,917.00 (Fifty Seven Thousand and Nine Hundred Seventeen) only as consolidated.
