∎ Work Station: SQUARE Center, Mohakhali, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the necessary project management infrastructure (project plans, issues lists, communication plans).
∎ Ensure proper understanding of project requirements, roles & responsibilities, work processes and success criteria.
∎ Define project scope and objectives, ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved in the plan and proactively identify potential issues with the technical feasibility of clients' requirements.
∎ Manage project scope as agreed with the client and ensure that the project plan is fully executed on time and within the scope.
∎ Prepare & maintain required project schedule, requirement documents and progress reports.
∎ Coordinate all internal and external resources for the successful execution of projects.
∎ Liaise with the sales team during the Sale-to-Services transition and lead the Services-to-Support transition.
∎ Serves as liaison between the company and customer in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.
∎ Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ 5 to 6 years' experience in project management.
∎ Proven working experience as a Project Leader in IT industry
∎ Excellent communication Skills (verbal, written, interpersonal with strong active listening Skill)
∎ Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving skills and strong customer orientation
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
∎ Ability to work independently with and without direction and/or supervision.
∎ Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach.
