Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil eng. or Interior Design or Architecture (any private or public university)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Site drawing in AutoCAD
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design , architectural & structural Drawing.
∎ Prepare BOQ and Cost estimate of any project ( specially interior project)
∎ Prepare work schedule and capable to monitor it.
∎ Should have the practical knowledge of interior constriction and material.
∎ Must be skilled in Site supervision
∎ Technical report present and monitoring of on going project
∎ Must understand Structure, electrical and architectural drawing of any project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years practical working experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Estimating, BOQ, Project Management, site supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design, Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have knowledge in the following area(s): Interior related electro-mechanical drawing, working drawing, landscape drawing
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following software (s): Auto CAD,
∎ Additional Preferred experience insketch up,3d max, Corel draw, Photoshop & illustrator.

Salary:
∎ Starting 15,000 BDT or discuss on work performance .
