∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

∎ Minimum 2 years of professional experience in construction, project coordination, or design.
∎ Familiarity with construction documents, BOQs, and project workflows.
∎ Strong Excel skills: familiarity with project management tools (MS Project or similar) is a plus.
∎ Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
∎ Ability to work independently and manage tasks across time zones.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support project control functions including scheduling, budgeting and documentation.
∎ Assist in reviewing design drawings, construction documents, and technical reports.
∎ Coordinate with architect, engineers, and subcontractors to gather updates and ensure accurate project tracking.
∎ Prepare project reports, cost analyses, and performance dashboards.
∎ Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and drawing logs.
∎ Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation and change order reviews.
