Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors (Civil Engineering) from any Private/Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of contract compliant Integrated baseline programme
∎ Able to manage Technical, Schedule, Cost and Resource risk.
∎ Conversant with Planning Development, Planning Product, Schedule development and Schedule Maintenance / Controlling.
∎ Conversant with Primavera P6 Professional R22.12, MS Project Professional 2021.
∎ Experience in performing Forensic Delay analysis and understanding of SCL Protocol.
∎ Ability to interpret the Shop drawings and its interface requirements for various trades in the construction contract.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Prior experience as the Senior Planner/Scheduler in a foreign company or foreign project.
∎ Demonstrable Experience in implementation of Planning and Scheduling process in construction project for the foreign company or foreign project.
∎ Ability to perform Earned Vale analysis and capable of Stakeholder communication.
∎ Ability to create project KPI metrics and status Dashboard as per the contract requirements.
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management.
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and know the corporate culture and protocol of Japanese Companies.
Salary: Tk. 250000 - 300000 (Monthly)
