Job Context:
∎ Project for Capacity Building of Nursing Services
∎ Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support project activities (eg. training for clinical nurses and guiding nursing students) for improving Nursing Clinical Practice at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), assisting Japanese Expert in Nursing Clinical Practice.
∎ Interpret in meetings from Bangla between English.
∎ Translate documents from Bangla between English.
∎ Draft and finalize the minutes of meetings.
∎ Assist coordination with the faculty members of Nursing Colleges, nurses of Medical College Hospitals, focusing on Dhaka Nursing College (DNC) and Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), and other related counterparts
∎ Ensure proper arrangements including photography and PR activities for training, workshop, project conference and any other related events of the project.
∎ Maintain the proper filing of project documents.
∎ Submit regular activity reports timely.
∎ Other tasks requested by Chief Advisor/ Project Coordinator / Other Japanese Experts

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ More than 10 years of working experiences in total as clinical nurse/nursing teacher/medical doctor are required.
∎ Excellent command of English (including the interpretation skill between English and Bangla and report drafting and high IT capabilities, such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
