Job Context:
∎ The incumbent will work under a dedicated team to accomplish the project objectives maintaining Jhpiego`s global standards. Under guidance of the Program Director, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), s/he will coordinate and implement the field level activities of the project as per annual work plan (AWP) approved by UNFPA under the project titled "Health and Gender Support Project in Cox`s Bazar".

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management: S/he will work closely with the Clinical Mentor cum mentor and other team members, managers and providers of the targeted facilities to accomplish the planned activities as per approved AWP.
∎ Capacity Development: In collaboration with GOB counterpart and other stakeholders, s/he will provide assistance to organize different training courses with the aim to enhance capacity of existing health systems to provide high quality sexual and reproductive health (SRH) information and services focusing family planning in the project intervention areas. S/he will support the Clinical Trainer cum Mentor to track trained providers' performance through maintaining the training and performance database.
∎ Operations Support: S/he will as instrumental for administrative, logistical and financial management support to organize the local level events following approved AWP.
∎ Quality and Performance Improvement: S/he will have to support the GOB counterpart to monitor PPFP/PAFP services ensuring quality of care through joint monitoring visits and follow-up at the targeted facilities. S/he will to facilitate DQA visits to ensure proper documentation and reporting of performances into MIS/DHIS2.
∎ Compliances: S/he will work with the GOB managers and supervisor to ensure informed choice, voluntary decision making process and informed consent. S/he will also facilitate environmental compliances towards gender transformative SRH services. S/he will adhere Jhpiego organizational policies & procedures in all matters related to project implementation.
∎ Program Reporting: S/he will prepare and submit event report regarding her/his assignment and maintain the database accordingly.
∎ Representation: S/he will represent the organization through participation in the meetings and other events at her/his assigned areas.
∎ Special Assignment: S/he will carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and senior management team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years of working experience with interest in public health focusing SRHR in any international non-governmental organization. Working experience with Govt. sector will carry added value.
∎ Experience to prepare activity budget, expenditure report, reconciliation, procurement and logistics management.
∎ Adequate knowledge of Bangladesh tax and VAT requirement of different kinds of items/procurements.
∎ Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bangla.
∎ Computer literacy with particular skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Bijoy52, and MS Outlook.
∎ Excellent inter-personnel skills and ability to work in team environment.
∎ Willingness to visit the targeted facilities frequently (at least 75% time) using public transportation to accomplish the assignments.

∎ Salary Grade Grade 8 (Bangladesh)
