Job Context:
∎ Duty Station: KOICA Bangladesh Office, Dhaka

∎ Contract Type: 1 year (Renewable based on the performance)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Projects Management and Monitoring:
∎ Support Program Managers to lead on all operational, programmatic, and administrative management of assigned projects;
∎ Manage the initiation, implementation, and closure of new projects through results-based management, and project monitoring systems;
∎ Make project proposals and prepare legal documents related to assigned projects;
∎ Manage to implement contractors' performance in the portfolio of assigned projects, including through monitoring missions, ensuring that progress is made according to agreed timelines;
∎ Address issues and problems that arise from assigned projects, ensuring their timely resolution to the satisfaction;
∎ Prepare periodic, annual, and completion reports for external and internal clients for assigned projects;
∎ Conduct other work or responsibilities as assigned by the KOICA Bangladesh Office.
∎ 2. Administrative Work:
∎ Plan, prioritize, and implement activities related to administrative needs;
∎ Ensure efficient, effective, responsive, transparent, and accountable provision of administrative services;
∎ Support for procuring goods and services;
∎ Ensure a clean and healthy environment by ensuring proper maintenance of office premises;
∎ Ensure production and maintenance of up-to-date and accurate administrative records and reports including an organized filing system.
∎ Design and conduct logistics and supply needs assessment and prepare plans.
∎ Support getting visa issuance and extension for international staff;
∎ Support getting an ID card, Passbook, and Airport Security Pass;
∎ Support international staff to import and export household goods and vehicles;
∎ Manage and update the office supply list and inventory and ensure timely supply of stationary, minor IT equipment, and printing;
∎ Review and update transportation and arrange vehicles;
∎ Facilitate organizing events such as conferences, workshops, and seminars;
∎ Coordinate protocol for Korean delegation (Airport pass, vehicles, accommodation, and other logistics);
∎ Support international/national staff to arrange field visits;
∎ Coordinate the bank-related work in the office (transfer of fund, issue of check, etc.);
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years relevant experience in international development fields, office management/administration, or any other related field;
∎ Administrative and logistics management experience with the development partner and NGO is a strong asset;
∎ Experience in working with the International Organizations, Government, public agencies, and civil society is preferable.
∎ Skills:
∎ Communication: Proven ability to write clearly and concisely and to communicate effectively orally, good report writing skills in English
∎ Analyzing Skills: Ability to make rational judgments for the available information and analysis
∎ Technological Skills: Excellent computer skills knowledge such as Microsoft Office, Internet, and others

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (competitive monthly salary and benefits according to the level of qualification of selected personnel)
