∎ B. Sc. In Civil Engineering from any reputed Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation detail BOQ according to design.
∎ Detail estimation of the project
∎ Checking estimation & BOQ.
∎ Providing support to other departments as required.
∎ Periodic Evaluation of Estimates with Actual
∎ Prepare rate Charts and Update as per necessity
∎ Good Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCad and Preparing reports
∎ Ability to work under pressure

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 (five) years' experience in Construction or related field
∎ Experience in Interior or Real Estate industry will be added advantage

Salary: Negotiable
