Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly production plan considering production requirement & capacity.
∎ Ensure batch operation are followed as per SOP of Batch Manufacturing process.
∎ Ensure Health, Safety & Environment guideline, Beckor's Loss Preventing System requirements.
∎ Lead and motivate shop floor associates.
∎ Minimize maintenance breakdown and maintenance costs through regular preventive maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of related experience would be an added advantage
