Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Ph.D. with very good academic background from a well-known reputed University in Bangladesh or Abroad supported by the working knowledge in Pharmaceutical Industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run Production smoothly.
∎ Attend team meetings to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.
∎ Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Establish and enforce company policies as per cGMP and safety procedures for staffs.
∎ Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
∎ Work with other Departmental Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
∎ Plan and assign daily job duties to workers & Technical staff.
∎ Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
∎ Provide job training to workers to meet production and Quality.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
∎ Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
∎ Validation Documents experiences of MHRA and US FDA in Pharmaceutical Products.
∎ 10-12 years working experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Industry where minimum 5 years as Production Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Planning and organizing Production schedules.
∎ Assessing Project and resource requirements.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
∎ Determining quality control standards as per National or MHRA or US FDA,
∎ Overseeing production processes.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
∎ Supervising and managing the work of junior staff.
