Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ DEPARTMENT: Factory
∎ UNIT: Factory
∎ Reporting to: Head Of Operation (HOO).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have sound knowledge and practical experience on LED light, Gang switch, Circuit breaker assembly process and plant.
∎ Must be capable of detailed analysis of designs and costing of any new project.
∎ To conduct Pre-shipment inspection of Machinery and Molds when instructed by Top Management.
∎ Monitor and review production progress against deadline targets to ensure on time delivery
∎ Identify and recommend on new product's developments.
∎ Providing direction and technical guidance down the line to all the technical persons of Assembly Plant with general supervision and control, team building, training and shop floor management under his jurisdiction.
∎ To initiate and facilitate chronological development of LED Luminaries & Switch-Socket manufacturing projects at factory.
∎ Work in close collaboration with the HOO, Factory regarding project development and product quality assurance.
∎ Departmental budget preparation and implementation.
∎ To develop project time schedule (PTS) for every new project and monitor in every step to complete the project as per timeline approved. Any deviation should be reported immediately to HOO.
∎ Always try to generate new ideas for process development.
∎ Identify, analyze production MIS of the Factory on a regular basis to identify issues and improvement areas.
∎ To maintain documentation of all implementation processes for all products of Switch-Sockets and LED Lightings. Also log and maintain the routine maintenance of different machines & molds.
∎ Minimize performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization man, material and machine utilization in a cost effective fashion.
∎ To develop a well-organized and effective team to play the pivotal role as Team Leader to achieve the mission of the factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 year(s) working experience in LED light, Gang Switch Production plant.
∎ Communication skill in English, skilled in Microsoft office and internet.

Salary: Negotiable
