Job Context:
∎ Rose Feed BD Ltd is a poultry , fish, & cattle feed production & marketing company in Bangladesh. The factory location is located in Belabo, Narsingdi.The overall purpose of production & store manager/ officer role is to oversee the production & store management and quality & inventory systems. The incumbent should have 5 years practical experience in related field.
∎ Workplace: Work at Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Poultry, fish, cattle raw materials as maize, SBM, MBM, rice polish, dry fish, & others medicine, and mineral receive at factory after checking quality,weight,& expair date.
∎ Ability to making feed product like Broiler, Sonali, Layer, Fish & Cattle feed.
∎ Knowledge about production formula, quality & packing bags.
∎ Record receiving and issuing of all materials, inventory taking, quality checking of accessories as per procedure.
∎ Ensure product storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Maintain and audit Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P)
∎ Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Maintain minimum stock level of the products.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products.
∎ Monitor & control total area of his store and observe the condition of store house early in the morning to determine the condition of storage items and its safety;
∎ Develop and maintain software-based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
∎ Ensure recording the time receiving of products and materials correctly and securely;
∎ Make sure of material storage with proper traceability and identity and whether these are being stored maintaining proper principle of storage.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Poultry feed production Inventory/ Store Management, Store Maintenance, Tally Software
∎ Experience person over tally software will be given privileged.
∎ Knowledge in store system & it's SOP & production.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
