Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical from any reputed university.
∎ Having extensive related experience diploma in Mechanical Engineer may also apply( No need to apply without engineering degree)

Job Context:
∎ A leading, reputed & promising group of company in Chattogram which is involved in Manufacturing, Marketing and Distribution of quality goods. We are going to recruit a production In-Charge (Pet Bottle Drinking Water Plant, Flour Mill, Dal Mill) for our Foods & Beverage Industry urgently.
∎ We require sincere, hardworking, & qualified "Production In-Charge" who has more than 3-5 years practical knowledge in pet bottle drinking Water Plant, Flour Mill, & Dal Mill Plant, Oil Plant & Salt Plant.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & co-ordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
∎ Establish production standards of efficiency, minimum wastages and maximum utilization of resources like machine, raw materials & manpower.
∎ Developing operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
∎ Supervise production process to ensure implementation of company standards.
∎ Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
∎ Establish quality control standards and procedures. Ensure strict adherence to those quality standards.
∎ Supervise machines maintenance programs. Recommends machines modifications if needed.
∎ Supervise whole production planning, process & costing.
∎ Section wise manpower planning & assign their task.
∎ Distributing work to the production people.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only B.Sc. Engr. or Diploma Engr. are allowed to apply.
∎ Experience at least 3 to 5 years for B.Sc. Engr.
∎ Experience at least 5 to 7 years for diploma Engr.
∎ Should have the ability and affordability to work at factory level.
∎ Hardworking attitude & ability to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbents/applicants should have experience in the following areas: Food & Beverage Company especially in pet Bottle Drinking water, Flour Mill, Dal Mill, Oil Plant & Salt Plant.

Salary: Negotiable
