Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in ME
∎ B.Sc. in ME from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ CNC 3 Axis and 5 Axis machine programming.
∎ CNC Production Procedure Monitoring
∎ Completion of all the assigned tasks in the given deadline.
∎ Assist to implement six sigma tools in production department.
∎ Maintain Production/Operation proper planning and scheduling.
∎ Assist to formulate and implement systems, procedure for the above plan.
∎ Supervise production activities to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed the quality.
∎ Co-ordinate with related R&I and QM Personnel about any metal items related issue.
∎ Works with QM to develop new strategies for inspecting new parts and process improvements on all production parts.
∎ Manufacture fixture tooling from concepts and improve existing fixtures to create process improvements on production parts.
∎ Coordinate with engineering teams to improve the current process and offer alternative processes to improve production.
∎ Project Commissioning related works.
∎ Fulfill any other requirements/task assigned by HOD/CBO/Honorable Management Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in 3D design by any CAD software like Solidworks/Catia/NX/Inventor.
∎ Must have skilled in 2D with AutoCAD.
∎ Proven skill Sheet Metal/Power Press Processing and Metal Coating Process.
∎ Should have good communication, leadership & negotiation skills.
∎ Should have hard working & quick decision making skills
