∎ B.Sc in ME/IPE from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making effective monthly production plan/advance plan in consultation and coordination with marketing, sales, SCM and others relevant team. Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely delivery through strong production follow up.
∎ Prepare and design layout of man, machine and materials based on capacity to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Analyze and develop plans for improving work-flow, space and labor utilization and design equipment layout.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability and follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Forecasting target for daily and monthly & work with team to achieve the target and monitor hourly production record as set.
∎ Identify & implement various system to minimize the cost, waste time and increase efficiency.
∎ Do the pre-production activity or relevant style/product.
∎ Conducting capacity study, time study, method study in each and every style.
∎ Analyze critical process and ensure process standardization.
∎ Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) for performance evaluation and ensuring corrective action.
∎ Ensure training & motivate workers to achieve target without compromising quality.
∎ Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
∎ To collect daily production data and other performance data.
∎ Work with ERP module.
∎ Any other assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Strong Analytical & Team Management Quality.
∎ The position will require extended work time.
∎ Good command in written and spoken English.
∎ Good report making and usage skill at MS Word & MS Excel.
∎ Technical knowledge relating to Mold & Die Manufacturing.
Salary: Negotiable
