Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in IP/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
plastic and metal mold manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to handle plastic and metal mold manufacturing floor independently.
∎ To instruct and monitor the execution of the production schedule as well as performing mold or material changes as dictated by experts.
∎ To perform process troubleshooting, parts inspection and various other functions to ensure parts conformity and quality of plastic & metal mold.
∎ To prepare specifications of all the plastic & metal mold manufacturing processes.
∎ To administer the department and recommends improvements to facilitate required standard and quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Shop floor handing capability will be treated as an advantage.
∎ Should have project co-ordination capability.
∎ Should have good commanding power
∎ Should have good leadership skills.
∎ Should have idea about CNC machines (VMC, EDM, wire EDM etc).
∎ Should have strong analytical ability.
