Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare strategic plans, promotional material, engage KOL and action plan for the assigned product to achieve target.
∎ Analyze, identify and understand the needs of competitive marketing environment and findb out trends and take actions accordingly to grab the competitive advantage.
∎ Perform new product launching using market analysis to increase profitability.
∎ Conduct clinical meeting, round table meeting, scientific seminars and pre cycle strategic conference in compliance with marketing plan.
∎ Develop and train the field force to achieve brand/sales

∎ Advanced communication skills both in Bangla & English

∎ Well versed in MS Office, Excel and Power Point.
