Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare strategic plans, promotional material, engage KO Land action plan for the assigned product to achieve target
∎ Analyze, identify and understand the needs of competitive marketing environment and find out trends and take actions accordingly to grab the competitive advantage.
∎ Perform new product launching using market analysis to increase profitability.
∎ Conduct clinical meeting, round table meeting, scientific seminars and pre cycle strategic conference in compliance with marketing plan.
∎ Develop and train the field force to achieve brand/sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sector.
∎ Advanced communication skills both in Bangla & English
∎ Collaboration and team work
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Creativity and innovation
∎ Well versed in MS Office, Excel and Power Point.
