∎ M. Pharm from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategy & design marketing plan of assigned products
∎ Assume all activities regarding new products launching
∎ Develop promotional materials and define necessary promotional activities for establishing new/existing products
∎ Monitor the competitors' marketing strategies and develop own strategies
∎ Analyze achievement of monthly sales vs. budget, territory wise
∎ Assist the sales colleagues to achieve their regular sales target by providing proper product knowledge and other promotional gadgets
∎ Take part in field force training etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1-2 years experience in marketing will create an added advantage
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Strong command over spoken and written English
∎ Good command in computer applications & in presentation skills
∎ Must have the proper mindset to travel round the country extensively as and when required
∎ Willing to work with sales team in the field
