Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop analytical methods, update product manuals & analytical method validation
∎ To be perform stability study as per schedule, mentioned in product file and prepare documentation accordingly (Stability data, Analytical Sheet, method etc.)
∎ Determine Raw & Packaging materials specifications for new products.
∎ Quantify Raw & Packaging materials for development purpose with specifications and prepare requisition for commercial department to procure the materials.
∎ To be operate sophisticated instrument like HPLC, FTIR, UV, Dissolution Tester, Potentiometer, K.F Titration & Others. Maintain calibration, daily checking of Product development instrument.
∎ To develop process and formulation by preparing lab batch
∎ Undertake pilot batch production for stability study
∎ Prepare product sample for submission to Drug testing laboratory for non-pharmacopoeia Product (INN products). Review analytical method, product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost saving needs
∎ Produce the product development and process validation batch in order to set the process variables.
∎ Maintenance and improvement of GMP (Good manufacturing practice)
∎ Coordinating with Quality Assurance; Engineering; Marketing; Material Planning and Procurement; Equipment Supplier etc.
∎ Develop SOPs associated with product manufacturing and cleaning of PD plant.
∎ Documents generation associated with manufacturing and packaging.
∎ Prepare Product Manual
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have at least 2-year job experience in the same position.
∎ Must have Pharmacist registration number.

∎ Salary and other remuneration will be given as per HR Policy.
