Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position will be responsible for designing bicycle as per buyer suggestion and/or independently for the brand. Preparing sample bicycle specification and cost as well as mass production specification submission to production in timely manner. Estimating and ordering mass production inventory spares as per production plans.
∎ Preparing bicycle specifications as per buyer requirement
∎ Understand technical drawings of bicycle and spare parts
∎ Design and development of new bike and spare parts
∎ Prepare sample bike BOM and costing as per specification
∎ Ensure first sample bike measurement as per design and drawing
∎ Planning import raw materials as per sample item as well as mass production
∎ Follow up and liaison with SCM and sourcing partners for imported consignments
∎ New development products price finalizes
∎ Ensure mass production design and secs are as per final submission
∎ Dealing with spare parts & raw material suppliers for import & supply matters
∎ Follow up bonded warehouse position and import facilities
∎ Prepare layout for new plant & commissioning the machines

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years combined experience in design and operations
∎ Strong planning, communication and organizational skills: daily, proactive, communication, coaching and liaising with both HQ and external parties
∎ Data analysis skills, experience with Excel. Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools
∎ Exposure to warehousing, supply chain and logistics
∎ Experience as an individual team player and managing team
∎ Have clear concept about machine layout of a new plant
∎ Passion for bikes and the outdoors
∎ Knowledge of CAD drawings
∎ Physical Requirements:
∎ Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
∎ Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
