∎ For our Sourcing Office in Dhaka - we are looking for PRODUCT COMPLIANCE LEADER
∎ Reports to:
∎ To whom the employee reports in his organization (job title instead of name of the person).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position Objective/Goals, Main mission, objectives and responsibilities of position within the organization/service:
∎ Manage chemical and quality requirements related to products. Provide technical direction for adoption and development for new requirements and/or regulations, ensuring control processes deployment and guidelines update.
∎ General responsibilities:
∎ Ensure product compliance regarding Chemical, Quality and Environmental parameters.
∎ Tasks:
∎ Monitor manufactured articles against Tally Weijl requirements: Restricted Substance List (RSL), Quality Book (QB) and Tally cares program.
∎ Keep up to date and develop internal guidelines according to new regulations and/or market requirements (RSL, QB, Tally cares and others)
∎ Monitor non-compliances and deploy Root Cause Analysis to identify the origin of the non-compliance to avoid it in future.
∎ Selection and relationship with external laboratories and inspection companies. Organize and keep updated the guidelines for selection of external approved laboratories and inspection companies.
∎ Develop and deploy training programs to suppliers.
∎ Follow up the FI reports, labelling & PLM updated
∎ Issue QPS
∎ Block/Unblock ASN
∎ Defects management (stores)

Additional Requirements:
∎ languages: English mandatory.
∎ IT- skills:
∎ Microsoft Office Programs, PLM
∎ general technical and quality skills:
∎ Manufacturing, chemical management, inspection and test report interpretation, decision making.
