Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase of inventories, equipments, logistics including civil materials, etc.
∎ Vendor sourcing
∎ Maintain supplier relations
∎ Finalize purchase details and deliveries
∎ Managing procurement process
∎ Maintaining daily expenditures regarding construction materials
∎ Preparing weekly or monthly report
∎ Tendency to improve quality and cost minimization
∎ Maintain quality with standard price considering internal client satisfaction
∎ Alternate strategy of maintaining proper back and legacy for the materials

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Candidates must have experience in reputed Real Estate/Developer Company
∎ Must have strong communication, management skill and possess smartness in dealing with suppliers
∎ Must have strong problem solving skills
∎ Must have negotiation ability
