Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from reputed institution.
∎ BBA/MBA with Major in Marketing/Supply Chain is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and employ fruitful sourcing strategies for all assigned categories (Consumer Promotions, Trade Promotions, Print, POSM articles, Merchandise Materials, TVC Production, Activation, Market Research, and Events) & ultimately ensuring value for money is maximized and cost savings are generated
∎ Prepare Plan of Purchase (POP) & forecast savings
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations
∎ Discover the most profitable & efficient suppliers and initiate business partnerships by ensuring compliance
∎ Initiate RFQ & E-auction as per process requirement
∎ Prepare comparative statement of quotes
∎ Negotiate with vendors to secure the most advantageous terms (rate, delivery & payment term)
∎ Ensure quality & quantity of goods/services at site
∎ Maintain contract database & protocol for ongoing supplier management which includes rationalization and management of preferred suppliers.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics as per agreed terms to improve effectiveness
∎ Ensure appropriate reporting that clearly highlights cost savings achieved by category
∎ Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare contingency plan
