Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in any discipline from a reputed university.
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any other major with lightly experienced in Procurement Sector may also apply.
∎ Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering are preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and manage all Procurement and Contractual aspects of significant complexity;
∎ Preparing Bid Document and coordination with Technical Team for Final Bid, EOI, RFP Submission (Technical + Financial) Document;
∎ Find out the appropriate Principal to participate the Bid, EOI, RFP to any organization (International & National);
∎ Advise requisitioning units on the full range of Procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stage of the Procurement cycle, meeting objectives under tight deadlines;
∎ Participate in and conduct site inspections, bidder's conferences and contract negotiations;
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of internationally recognized procurement standards and of all phases of international procurement techniques and operations used in contracting for a diverse range of goods, works & services;
∎ Extent and relevance of experience in identifying client's point of view;
∎ Demonstrated activity to prepare EOI & RFP Documents as required by the client in English is considered a strong asset.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 years of professional experience in the related field
∎ 4 years of similar experience related to Procurement, Feasibility study and Detail Design
∎ 8 years of experience in Procurement related activities with at least 5 years in Public Procurement.
