∎ Minimum 5-7 year(s) working experience with
∎ B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, EEE, Electromechanical, CSE)
∎ OR
∎ Minimum 8-12 year(s) working experience with
∎ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Technology)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):EGP OTM, EGP Tendering Expert, EOI, RFP, RFQ

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to search and find NCT/ICT related Tenders & Projects / Opportunities in Government organization through E-GP Portal, CPTU Process.
∎ Participating in all types of tenders. e.g., EOI, OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
∎ Sourcing international Principals
∎ Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
∎ Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties
∎ Active participation in e-GP Review Panel with previous track records.
∎ Attending e-GP contract signing processes.
∎ Knowledgeable about Non- Responsive Evaluation Criteria of a Tender.
∎ Experience in e-GP Mandatory Qualification Criteria.
∎ Participating and completing deeds (NDA, JV) with Partner successfully.
∎ Active participations of Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.
∎ Attending Pre-bid meetings and techno commercial meeting with clients by collaborating top managements.
∎ Successfully completing Tender Billing Methods.
∎ Sound knowledge in Bank interest rate.
∎ In depth knowledge about BG/ PG, L/C, VAT & Tax, APG, PO, TTI.
∎ Contributing to cost and price evaluation e.g., BOQ/Estimate etc.
