Job Context:
∎ The following Post /Candidate will be appointed by a Garments Factory of IHM Garments & Textiles Co. Ltd situated in Ishwardi EPZ.
∎ Job Location: Ishwardi EPZ, Pakshy, Pabna.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing dynamic procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
∎ Analyzing the market & competitors to implement effective strategy.
∎ Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
∎ Visit different market frequently to collect price quotations and samples for the required items
∎ Follow up local indent as per requirement of respective department on the basis of lead time.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for justified material requisitions.
∎ To maintain liaison with the others department in connection with requisition, supply of goods / materials in time.
∎ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with potential vendors and suppliers.
∎ Ensure supplier payment within agreed credit limit.
∎ Reconcile supplier ledger & ensure balance agreed up on both sides.
∎ Day to day activities as per management instruction.
∎ Prepare Monthly/ Periodical Report on previous purchase.
∎ Find out new different sources for procurement of items in competitive price.
∎ Ensuring the quality & quantity of the materials purchased from the vendors.
∎ Collecting delivery Challan, VAT Challan and file management of those records in the system (software) and manually.
∎ Preparing different types of purchase reports as and when required.
∎ Plan, organize, control & manage complete procurement cycle to ensure supply chain surplus.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Have a good knowledge about computer office application.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible.
