∎ Team Leadership: Manage and guide cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, IT) to drive e-commerce growth.
∎ Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market penetration and growth within China.
∎ Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to local e-commerce laws, consumer protection, and digital regulations.
∎ Sales & Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer acquisition, and increase revenue.
∎ Customer Experience: Focus on optimizing the customer journey, from browsing to post-purchase support.
