Educational Requirements:
∎ The Candidate must have a Master Degree in any subject / discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Supply Chain Professional degree will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure company's policy & guideline for strategic & effective procurement process through the day to day supervision
∎ Plan, implement and monitor the overall procurement strategy
∎ Keep good relationships with suppliers, stakeholders both internal & external
∎ Collaborate to find out new vendors on a regular basis
∎ Responsible for preparing work orders and invoices
∎ To keep eyes at the current market price of materials
∎ Monitor and follow-up with supplier for timely delivery
∎ Analyze and compare constant market price and delivery schedule in order to assess present and future material availability
∎ Prepare reports on market conditions and merchandise costs and develop a database of market price trends
∎ Communicate with the concerned Department as required
∎ Maintain required MIS through Inventory Software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Working experience in procurement with a large group of industries & should have local & international market knowledge.
∎ Good knowledge of Inventory software.
∎ Good knowledge of MS Excel and Dashboard Reporting.
∎ Good English communication & presentation skills.
∎ Good team player and sharp, smart with a charming personality.
∎ Good analytical ability, time management & record management skill.
∎ Energetic, confident, and proactive.
